Common Questions Answered!
Create an account using the registration form HERE —no class selection needed. You can also access the form via the TEGA app or any “Enroll Now” button on our website. Please create only one account per family.

Yes! The TEGA app makes it easy to register, make payments, get updates, and manage your account on the go. We highly recommend using it for the best experience.
Parents can request a free trial through our website or app. A team member will contact you to find a class that fits your schedule. Please note: some programs are not suited for trials such as LEAP, ASC, KDO, and Swimming. While we understand wanting to see if your child will enjoy swim lessons, swimming is a vital life-saving skill that all kids need to acquire, and one class does not predict success or failure – first class jitters are common!
Once you complete registration, TEGA Kids will review your account to confirm class details, discounts, prorations, and initial payment. Any applicable registration fees will be posted and processed to finalize your enrollment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with program details once enrollment is complete.
For questions, message us through your parent portal or email [email protected]

It is important you attend your weekly class. Make-up lessons are offered as a courtesy to ACTIVE students and are based on availability—they are not guaranteed. Scheduled make-ups that are missed cannot be rescheduled. Families MUST schedule make-ups through their parent portal. Childcare programs are exempt from makeups (KDO, KDO JR, LEAP, ASC).
Make-up classes will always be provided if TEGA cancels a class due to inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances or seasonal TEGA events.
Important Note: Missed classes are not refundable and cannot be deducted from tuition.
You can log into your Parent Portal at anytime and enroll in an open class. If you need to change classes, please phone or visit the front desk for assistance. Remember-use the TEGA app to manage your account on the go!
