Common Questions Answered!
We ask all parents to create an account through our registration form located HERE. You do not have to register for a class to create an account.
Once your account is created and you have logged in, you may enroll into any open class through your parent portal. If you need assistance determining the proper class for your child, please call our office at 806-866-9765 for assistance. If needed, we will be happy to schedule a free placement evaluation for any child with previous gymnastics or tumbling experience.
Please note: class spots may not be reserved for future dates. Your class enrollment becomes active upon receipt.
You may also register for any open classes through the “Enroll Now” buttons on any of our program pages!
Yes! TEGA has an app available in the Apple Store and Google Play Store. You can easily access all the information on our website, register for classes and events, receive notifications and updates, keep in touch with us on social media, make payments, and manage your parent account all from our app! We highly encourage all of our customers to utilize this tool, as it is the most user-friendly interface to manage your account wherever you are.
We review each registration individually. No payments will be processed until we complete this review. The registration fee and any additional child/program discounts may not show until we process your registration. Once TEGA receives notification of your enrollment, you will receive an email receipt within 5 days showing the total amount charged to your credit card. This amount will include the discount (if applicable) and your registration fee (if due). Your initial online registration must be paid by credit card, after which your tuition will be paid via our automatic payment program. In-house registration may be paid by cash, credit or check.
If you have any questions regarding your account or enrollment, please send a message through your parent portal or email marcathomastega@gmail.com.

Each family is required to have a credit/debit card on file. Typically, tuition is paid monthly via direct debit from any major credit or debit card on the 20th day of the preceding month (or the previous business day if the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday). Declined payments (expired card, etc) must be remedied on or before the 28th day of the month or you risk losing your class spot to a wait-list student. If your unpaid tuition has not been remedied, after the 28th of the month your student will be dropped from class, and a Processing Fee of $15 must be paid to re-enroll for the current month, if space is available.
To opt out of direct debit, simply pay your tuition using any alternative method of payment at least 1 business day in advance of the 20th (or the closest prior business day) and your card/bank account on file will not be charged.
Calculation of Tuition Rates: Tuition is based on a yearly amount divided into 9 equal payments, billed on the 20th of each month (after your initial tuition payment). TEGA does not charge more for months with more than 4 lessons, nor is a discount offered for months with fewer than 4 lessons.

- Gymnastics, Ninja, and Swim: all classes will begin the week of August 19, 2024

- Make-up classes will be provided if TEGA cancels classes due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
It is difficult to estimate how long you will be on a waitlist, but we monitor our enrollment and will keep watching for an opening for you. For our gymnastics, tumbling, and ninja classes we encourage you to enroll into an open class and get on the wait list for your preferred class. If no open class works for you, you may get on the wait list for as many class times as you would like.
For our childcare programs, please get on the appropriate wait list for your child’s age or school.
If an opening in a class that you are on the wait list for becomes available, our office will email and call you. Typically, you will have 48 hours to respond before we move on to the next person on the wait list. You will remain on the wait list until you enroll into the class, ask to be removed from the list, or the session ends.
You will not be charged any tuition or fees for remaining on a wait list. You can check your account or register for classes and events through your parent portal. However, you will not be able to see your wait list classes through the portal.
TEGA requires 30-day written notice to discontinue services. Once we have drafted tuition, no refunds will be issued for drop requests. Customers must notify TEGA of the intention to cancel enrollment in writing or via email to marcathomastega@gmail.com. NO verbal, or voicemail drop requests will be honored. You may complete the drop form at the front desk of your preferred location.

GymFest is our end-of-season showcase for all our recreational gymnastics, ninja classes, and pre-team students. It is a great opportunity for our superstars to show off what they have learned in class to family and friends. GymFest is typically held at the end of April. Students will wear matching uniforms and receive an award at the end of their performance. Participation is expected, but not required. Additional Gymfest participation and uniform fees will apply. Registration for GymFest opens in January.
Students enrolling into one of our childcare programs (After School Care, School Holiday Camps, and Summer Kids Day Out) are required to fill out additional paperwork. Enrollment is not considered final until this paperwork is received.
After enrolling into one of these programs, you will receive a confirmation email with links to the additional forms you will need to fill out before your child’s first day of care. These “supplemental forms” will be completed online.
Emergency Care Plan (allergy form) – if you have listed an allergy (not food preference or parent preference) on your enrollment form, you will need to have your child’s physician complete the Emergency Care Plan and return that to our office before your child’s first day of care. You may download that form HERE.
When you create or update your account, please use an email address that you check frequently, as the majority of our communications are done via email. We also have the option to send text messages through our system, which you must opt-in to receive. We only use text-messaging for notifications such as weather closures.
We also send messages and notifications through the TEGA app which is available in the Apple Store and Google Play.
